A weekend retreat, finished to call home
"Casa Teo wasn't built for the market. It was built for us."
We live in Valencia, and this penthouse was our escape to the coast — the place we'd look forward to all week. When we took it on, the bones were solid (the building dates from the early 2000s, just two floors — ground and first — and this apartment sits on the top floor, so no neighbours above and plenty of light), but we wanted it to feel like ours. So we renovated it completely in 2024, from scratch, and didn't cut corners once.
The bathroom was fully refitted with a luxury rain shower, an anti-fog LED mirror, and a Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling. The kitchen was stripped back and rebuilt with quality appliances and every detail thought through. The spiral staircase leads up to a private 18m² rooftop terrace where, on a clear morning, the Mediterranean shimmers in the distance.
We're proud of what this place became. Now we're ready to pass it on to someone who'll love it just as much as we did.
